-Reflection: what this quote means is that the more obedient we are the more trust people give us and let us have more freedom. For example our parents if we are always obedient and we follow rules all the time then the more without complain or arguing about it then they will give us more trust and if they have trust in us we have more freedom by letting us do things we want to do and they won't complain or calling your cellphones 24/7 because they trust you.
