Reflection: 
What i could do to improve my health is to do more exercise be more active such as going to run at the park at least for 30 min. also by just doing something i like such as a dance class or skating, And also have a healthier diet than the one i have today by eating less junk food and eating more fruit i already don't drink soda anymore just water everyday. And also i have to reduce my stress, by not stressing so much about school or even just do exercises for like 15 minutes everyday that relaxes and makes the stress go away and then i will do whatever was stressing me out now i could do it calmly.
