“My experience so far at HPIAM”

My experience so far at HPIAM has been great. Thanks to HPIAM I am graduating for letting me take the classes I failed. Thanks for the teachers and my counselor. In HPIAM we have the best teachers and the best principle ever. They help us  with everything, and since I am a senior we are going to start are senior activites and I bet is gonna be fun. Also in 11th grade we went to this field trip. The field trip we went to was the USS Iowa. We seen the whole ship, and we also went to this park but the park had a meaning about friendship, theres a big bell in the middle and you could see the sea, and its beautiful. Also last years I passed all my classes I also made new friends. Also this semester I have music so that is gonna be a good experience immahave. Im also taking government and also geography, english I was taking speech, I really liked it but I had to take another class that I didn’t pass, which is a good thing because know I know forsure imam grauated with my class which is 2014. And I am very happyJ. Im also very happy imam graduated with people I get along with.

Reflection: What this quote means is that when you do something and you get a feeling doesn't feel right and it ended being a bad idea,so which means you should listen to that feeling more often and you will always make the right choices.
Reflection: The cytogechologist program is about the study of cells in the body, for example the cause of cancer cells, also it looks like the people who joined the program enjoy it. it looks like a good program they use microscopes to examine the cells.
CYTOTECHNOLOGIST
(Cytology)
Duties and responsibilities:
Cytology is the studies of human body cells. Cytotechnogist are specially trained clinical trained clinical technologists who study human body cells. They examine cells to identify changes that may indicate diseases like cancer.
Their duties include preparing microscope slides of cell samples, examining cell samples using microscopes, identifying abnormalities in shape, size or color. Using other automated lab  equipment to perform tests, and analyzing report test results to physicians.
Cytotechnologist usually works in hospitals, clinics, or private laboratories. They also work in universities or for other researchers.
Average Salary: $30,000 - $50,000
Educational Requirements:
Students should take the most challenging high school courses in science, math and English.
Almost all cytotechnologist earn bachelor’s degrees in medical or clinical technology programs that include a year-long clinical internship in the field

Reflection: What This Quote means is that you control your life, only you make the choices to make it a better one or a horrible one. no one eles could tell you what to do because they don't own you, you arent thier puppet, you are the owner of your own life. Rehabiliations or mental health counselors

Duties and responsibilities:

Rehabilitation or mental health counselors work with the mentally, emotionally, and physically disabled. It is their job to help patients develop more faith in themselves. they work with the patients to help them become self-sufficient and productive. Counselor often work closely wit their patients’ doctors and family. Counselors may work in private practice, for schools, industry, or in hospital or residential health care settings. Counselors often:
·         Work with patients who abuse alcohol or addicted to drugs.
·         Interview and observe patients to determine problem area
·         Conduct personality, aptitude, achievement, and psychological test.
·         Help Patients find and keep jobs.

Average Salary:  $25,000 - $45,000

Educational Requirements:
Students interested in becoming counselors should take a challenging high school curriculum.
A bachelor’s degree in education psychology, or sociology is the minimum requirement for low level counseling jobs, but a master’s degree is required for most. To become licensed by a state, counselors must pass written and oral examinations and work for about two years in a supervised clinical setting.

Educational Requirements:
Students should take high school courses in business, information management, science, math, and English.
Coding specialists must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Training is usually conducted on the job, but classes are offered at technical school and community colleges. To become certified, specialist must pass an examination.
Accredited record technicians must earn an associate’s degree from an accredited college program or from the American Health Information Management Association Independent Study Program. Additionally, they must pass a credentialing examination.
Record administrators must complete a bachelor’s degree program in the field and pass a certification examination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Health information specialists obtain, post, and analyze medical, workload, finance and insurance data. They ensure that this information is properly recorded into medical records so practitioners can plan and evaluate health care provided to patients.

 There are a variety of jobs specialists within this field including Registered Record Administrator, Accredited Technicians, and Certified Coding Specialists. Administrators coordinate the various information management responsibilities and supervise record technicians ensure medical records are accurate, coordinate reimbursement, and maintain disease registries for research. Coding specialists assign and post correct diagnosis and procedure codes to records and report codes to insure companies.

 Health information specialists work in hospitals clinics, insurance companies, physician offices, and many other medical setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists are advanced practice registered nurses who have received special courses and training. They usually work closely with doctors and can perform many high-level primary care tasks. They often specialize in specific types of practice such as pediatrics, psychiatry, or obstetrics. Some establish private practices; however, most work in doctors’ offices, hospitals, or neighborhood health centers. Duties often include:

They also supervise technicians; confirm their test, and mange laboratory quality control programs.
Most clinical laboratory specialist work in hospitals, but they are also employed by private practices, medical groups, research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and universities.

An associate’s degree in the field or completion of specialized in-house training program is require to become clinical laboratory technician.

Many technologist pursue additional graduate education or specialized training to  advance their career in clinical chemistry, blood banking, and microbiology.

\Duties and responsibilities:

Clinical Laboratory specialists include both clinical laboratory technicians and clinical technologists. These professions are also referred to as medical laboratory technicians or medical technologist.
Both technicians and technologist perform laboratory work to identify, diagnose, and treat diseases.
Clinical laboratory technicians use microscopes, laboratory equipment, chemical and computers to perform laboratory procedures. They also collect blood specimens and prepare culture media. They conduct tests and prepare reports for clinical technologist or physicians.

And also always do the right thing if its right, you always get good things out of it. for example if you see a person drop money and you pick it up not give it back, you feel good about yourself maybe some good luck would happen to you. HONESTY
When i saw the video of the football players paying for the stuff of the store that was suppose to be closed, but they didn't steal anything when they had a chance to. they were honest enough to leave the money and taxes that the item they got was worth. And they got a good consequence for choosing the right.

Chiropractors treat patients by manually adjusting parts of the human body, especially the spine. Chiropractor and their patients believe that problems with bone and nerve alignment can cause illness and problems in other parts of the body, a view not widely accepted by allopathic physicians and other traditional medical practitioners.
Chiropractors manipulate their patients’ spinal columns for treatment. The may prescribe specific diets or exercises, but not drugs. Chiropractors cannot perform surgery.
Most chiropractors establish a private practice and some provide home treatments. Others form group partnership in clinics or chiropractors hospitals.
